Infinity miniatures very rarely have small parts missing. If you receive a blister or box with missing or faulty model parts, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org including all this information:
Product reference code (format 28XXXX-0XXX and name)
Complaints code (white tags for blisters and boxes. Blue tags for parts supplied in zip bags)
Pictures of the packaging and the code (this information is key to process the complaint in our system)
Contact details (Name, full address including country, and email)
We will then try and resolve this with Corvus Belli.
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us as promptly as possible at email@example.com. If any of goods in your order have already been ordered from a supplier then we unfortunately will not be able to offer full refunds as you will be liable for our costs incurred.
